Ringover Call Summaries: How Does It Work?
All you need to do is go to your Call Logs in your Ringover Dashboard, select the relevant conversation, and then click the “Generate” button in the Summary section.
The summary will then appear instantly in the details of the selected call. Please note that this feature is only available for calls longer than 2 minutes.
